Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order for free before your products delivered, otherwise you will have to go through return policy and procedure.
Any products you purchase except the affiliate products from Third-Party links can only be returned or refunded in accordance with Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to :
- Product availability
- Errors in the description or prices for products
- Errors in your order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
You may return your products within 7 days (14 days for EU-based customers) for exchange or a full refund for some reasons: - Defectives
- Damages due to the delivery
- Other Non-individual damage(s)
- Order mistakes
Please note that intangible services are not refundable and returnable, but you may require us to revise or modify project as requested.
Promotional products cannot be returned, but you may require replacement for any of reasons above. You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Please return your products to the contact address in intact condition, otherwise extra fees may be applied after inspection.
In the case of possible returns only will the amount paid be refunded.
We may take up 3-5 business days for processing your refund after we receive your returns.
If you do not request for a refund within 7days (14 days for EU-based customers) refund period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
