Powerthrive Ltd., Co. is a concentrated photovoltaics supplier founded in 2017. We have been focusing on self design, development and production of HCPV module since then. Our mission is to produce quality products and benefit our stakeholders from our solution, and thus, build sustainable life with sustainable energy in the future. As electricity consumption is getting greater yearly, we are looking into the solution that may meet the global needs. We expect the renewable energy is one of the better ways to achieve the goal.

To produce the qualified modules, we sincerely cooperate with our suppliers, one of important role in our supply chain, which we purchase the parts from. After we buy in the parts, we will evaluate them by virtue of statistical data, such as standard deviation, etc. and even out the outliers from the purchase. During this process, we will make sure the parts are all set and useful to go assembly. After a series of the evaluation process, we move on to the assembly. Since increasing cost of the labour force in China, we automate the production instead. The robot arms make the production more efficient. We can shorten the cycle time and assemble the parts precisely without any other assistant tools or facilities.

Due to the unstable international economy, the uncertainty leaves us not to stock the product and take into account the high variable cost of the product. So we carry out make-to-order strategy.
